Ritz Theater Refund/Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final. Exchanges require a minimum of 5 business days notice. Unfortunately, requests for exchanges on performance day cannot be accommodated.
The Ritz Theater is committed to making programs fully accessible. Please contact the venue for information about specific performances.
A note regarding seating:
While most performances at the Ritz are General Admission and do not have reserved seating, all Ballet of the Dolls performances during the 2009-2010 Season will have Reserved Seats. Tickets purchased online are best available according to the section you select-please call the box office if you would like to request a specific seat.
